The lucky draw is organized by One Stop Auto Centre, located at Unit 1, 71–73 Nathan Way Thamesmead, SE28 0BQ.
The draw is open to customers of One Stop Auto Centre who complete the feedback survey.
Respondents must provide a valid phone number or email to be eligible.
Employees of One Stop Auto Centre and their immediate families are not eligible.
The survey will be open from 01/09/2025 to 15/10/2025. Only responses submitted during this period are eligible for the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid survey submissions.
Winners will be contacted via the phone number or email they provide within 2 days after the survey closes.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a replacement winner may be selected.
Personal data collected for the survey (Name, Phone, Email) will be used only for survey results analysis, lucky draw administration, and prize contact.
Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted or anonymized after the prize has been awarded.
Participation in the survey and the lucky draw is entirely voluntary.
There is no obligation to leave a review or provide additional feedback beyond the survey questions.
One Stop Auto Centre reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the draw without prior notice if necessary.
